- I am medically fit to participate in endurance biking and bikepacking activities.
- I understand what participation in Transylvania Trail entails: a self-supported bikepacking event whose route involves gravel roads, forest tracks, single trails, road traffic, domestic and wild animals, variable weather conditions, mountainous terrain, and other hazards specific to cycling in rural and hilly areas.
- I assume full responsibility for my health and safety during the event.
- To the extent permitted by law, I will not seek compensation from the organizers (Rotas Digital SRL / Transylvania Trail) for any incident, accident, bodily injury, illness, theft, loss of property, or any other harm that occurs before, during, or after the event, or as a result of participation in the event. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under Romanian law.
- I declare that I have read and understood the Event Rules and Terms of Use available at www.transylvaniatrail.com and agree to comply with them in full.
- Knowledge of the Rules is mandatory, and by participating in this event, I agree to respect and comply with all provisions, terms, and conditions thereof, as well as all applicable laws in force in Romania.
- I have read the Transylvania Trail Privacy Policy, which explains how my personal data is processed under GDPR and Romanian data protection legislation.
